3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph laro account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph laro immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14.
3.3 ph laro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 You must notify ph laro promptly of any changes to your registered personal information, including your email address, mobile number, or payment details.
4.1 ph laro accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the ph laro Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. ph laro reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 ph laro does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 ph laro processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any required verification checks.
4.6 ph laro reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 ph laro may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
5.3 ph laro reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any other conduct that ph laro determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless ph laro expressly states otherwise. Players who opt out of a bonus before meeting the wagering requirement will forfeit any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.
5.5 ph laro reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, or collusion with other players.
6.1 All digital games on the ph laro Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use real equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph laro Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph laro content without prior written consent.
9.1 The ph laro Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph laro makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph laro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.3 ph laro's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph laro's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 ph laro collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph laro Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 ph laro may share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

13.3 ph laro operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
